    Spilled milk (cow TF)

Before
After
Details you might miss: I made her torso a little longer because she's growing after all, also to accomodate the migrating breasts / forming udders. I decided not to make her fatter because cows are actually not all fat, they're just big, and well, she has still quite a lot to change here before becoming a full cow.

    The cam wolf (wolf TF)

Before
After
Details you might miss: The model on the stock picture had her head cropped out so I had to create the head from scratch (using drawing techniques and head parts stock from other sources), as well as extending the background. I'm pretty proud with how this came out. ^^ The low quality of the source pic actually helped in this case.

    A sow dilemma (pig TF)

Before
After
Details you might miss: As soon as I saw this stock I knew what I wanted to do with it. Subtle changes you might not see at first include the hooves on feet and hands (with slight leg shape changes), and the mutliple teats. I also changed the colour of an item in the frigde from red to blue to make the new ear more visible with better contrast.

    The bargain hunt (deer TF)

Before
After
Details you might miss: Because this was a suggestion I could work with several source pics, including one of the background without the model, which was very useful to make drastic changes to his body proportions. For example I made his torso and arms a bit longer to accomodate his new quadrupedal stance. Also because it was actually my very first male animal TF (!) I just had to make his package a bit more visible through his briefs, did you notice? (but don't judge me!).

The gypsy and the mare (horse TF)

Before
After
Details you might miss: Her body has been made thicker especially around her ass and thighs (this is not just due to the reframing), while she is also a little taller. Because of my perpetual quest for being anatomically correct I wanted her breasts to be turning into equine udders, instead of udders growing while human breasts just fade away like we see too often, so her breasts are way lower on her torso. This is subtle if you don't pay attention but I like the effect.

    The senator's dog (dog TF)

Before
After
Details you might miss: There was quite a dramatic change in her legs here, which I always really enjoy seeing. In order to do this I had to "recreate" the background in several places by adding floor tiles and even the scientist's heel out of scratch. For this one I thought I would make a sort of making-of gif to show you how I work:

1-Draw the aimed body shape over the stock picture
2-Erase whatever sticks out of the new lines by extending background
3-Morph body to fit the new lines, limb by limb, using the model and animal stock.
   4-Add fur or body texture.
5-Correct shadows on the ground and other details.
Before/After GIF (because I know you'll enjoy it hehe)

    Ifira (magical creature)

Before
After
Details you might miss: "Minor" changes here... I think it was the first time I tried to make a photomanip look like a reference drawing. I'm not sure I'm entirely happy with it but looking back at the initial stock it looks satisfying enough.

Can't say her name (donkey TF)

Before
After
Details you might miss: SeeSaw's amazing stock picture already showed this Pleasure Island style shadow so all I had to edit there was the ears and the back a little to make it look thicker. I wanted her tail to be more visible and removed her socks to show her changing legs and hooves. Also changed her shoulders and neck a little. I loved making her a donkey, so there might be more in the future, that's why I wanted a caption that makes it possible with the same character (thanks Mel!).

    Political oviposition (hen TF)

Before
After
Details you might miss: As soon as SenorIncognito showed me the stock picture the wing popped in my mind. I only thought later about how to actually make it... but I'm pretty happy with it. There's quite a lot of editing here on her feet too, especially to make them rip out of the tights, and the whole face was a challenge. Another detail is the couch border, which had to be enlarged a little to fit with the new shoulder position... Birds are so different from humans!

    Shoot the moon (werewolf TF)

Before
After
Details you might miss: Of course the pose in the picture suggested a transformation focused on the hand/paw, but I like full transformations too much to just alter her hand. Her thigh and leg have been changed also because I initially intended to turn it into a full-body image by adding her entire legs to the scene. I did not however, to respect the intention of the model (Rose actually took this picture specifically for me to use it!). It makes the tail look a little off maybe, but this is just due to the cropping I think. Another detail is the lighting, made 'cooler' to suggest moonlight rather than daylight.
