Subject's gender
We chose to use the word 'gender' here to describe a character's body appearance, regardless of their gender identity. The word 'sex' could lead to confusion with the act of having sex, despite being much more accurate in everyday life to differentiate both. This is a fetish blog so it's just to make everything simpler. This list may be updated if we ever depict other gender types (e.g. Futa, Herm, Shemale, etc.).

Special characters or Universe
We are trying to build a couple backstories to our captions to link some of them together into a same universe. Because this is happening slowly and piece by piece the little descriptions below might help understanding where we're trying to aim. The list below also shows special characters, either original characters by Altered Melodies, or by others, or actual models for manips.
AM-Corp (Original Universe ©Altered Melodies)
Initially founded to enhance the productivity of farm animals and other livestock resources, AM-Corp is a french company that uses genetic engineering and biochemistry to sell innovative products. Their best-sellers include cereals that multiply egg or milk production, or directly end products like meat, wool, honey, milk, eggs, etc. They even breed and sell animals themselves. Somehow all their business has officially been labelled "organic". But of course this is just the facade...
Somewhere deep within their confidential laboratories, they developped a technology that made possible complete physical transitions from one living species to another. In other words they are now able to transform humans into animals, for example. This achievement took decades of unethical experimentation, secretely supported and covered up by many European authorities.
The actual technology is unclear but usually a species reassignment would require either injection or ingestion of an appropriate dose of an active ingredient. The subject will then progressively transform until they thoroughly look like the target species, with all organs fully functional as if they were biologically born this way. Over time, AM-Corp has created a range of metamorphic agents, liquid or solid or even gaseous, and fine-tuned the process so it can take only a couple minutes to complete, or much longer, depending on the dose. It is unknown if the TG-Serum derivates from an AM-Corp product, but this formula is now well-known by the scientists around the world and the public by some extend. The first cases were believed to be a new and unknown condition or disease, which would mysteriously cause human subjects to transform into the other gender.
The process usually takes less than a few minutes to complete, rendering the subject into a version of themselves as the opposite sex, with primary reproductive organs fully functional. Subjects find their mindset changed as well to match the other gender's behaviour and sexual needs. The transformation is normally temporary and will reverse naturally after some time depending on the dose of TG-Serum taken, so it can be prescribed in some cases of couple therapies.
However, before using it in a recreational way, people should be aware of possible secondary effects. Indeed, she is not free but bound to anyone who summons her. Ifira is a slave to the Wishes she hears.
The demon who created Ifira imprisoned her into a magic lamp, but her prison has changed over time to different artifacts or objects of all sorts. She may only come out when summoned, and then her powers can only be used when a Wish is formulated.
This might sound like a genie of the Middle East, but she is not, for she may grant just one Wish if you don't manage to keep her around. Moreover, if you ever come across Ifira, be very careful to what you wish for, and especially the words you use... because even if she is compelled to use her powers accordingly, she is a mischievous creature. She will seduce and lure you, and she will often find a way to tweak your Wish for her own pleasure and fun. She loves transforming people and tricking them, just like she was tricked to become the creature she is now.
